1 مدة الطلب

عندك 14 يوم من تاريخ استلام الأوردر تقدر فيهم تطلب استبدال أو استرجاع. بعد الـ 14 يوم للأسف مش هنقدر نستقبل الطلب.

2 شروط المنتج

عشان نقدر نستقبل الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، لازم المنتج يكون:

• لسه بحالته الأصلية، ما اتلبسش ولا اتغسل.
• التيكت (الاستيكر) والتغليف الأصلي موجودين.
• من غير أي بقع أو ريحة أو علامات استعمال.

3 استبدال ولا استرجاع فلوس؟

إنت اللي تختار اللي يريحك:

• استبدال — بمقاس تاني أو منتج مختلف بنفس القيمة.
• استرجاع فلوس — بيتم تحويل بنكي بعد ما نستلم المنتج ونتأكد إنه في حالته السليمة.

1 Time window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or a refund. After 14 days, unfortunately we can’t accept the request.

2 Item condition

To accept an exchange or refund, the item must be:

• In its original condition — unworn and unwashed.
• With the original tags and packaging intact.
• Free from any stains, odours, or signs of use.

3 Exchange or refund?

It’s your choice:

• Exchange — for a different size or another item of the same value.
• Refund — issued via bank transfer once we receive the item and confirm it’s in good condition.
