This applies to every item in the shop.
Time window
14 days from receipt to request an exchange or a refund.
Item condition
Original, unworn and unwashed, with the original tags and packaging. No stains, odours or signs of use.
Exchange or refund, your choice
Exchange: a different size, or another item of the same value. Refund: by bank transfer, once the item is received and confirmed to be in good condition.
Shipping costs
You pay shipping for a change of mind or a sizing issue. Yuno pays shipping if there is a problem with the order, damage or a defect.
